Our stay here was really lovely, ideal base for exploring Ely. The beds were extremely comfy and rooms were stylish. The hotel's location was central, very close to all attractions. Moreover, it's really close to the river, the centre.

Lack of hot water during evening hours can disrupt a relaxing bath!!! Parking challenges make finding a spot quite inconvenient, especially when free spaces vanish quickly!!!

This guesthouse suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, tv, and a kettle in every room. I remember how the staff helped my elderly parents during my first visit. I'll definitely return for another stay next year!

The room was spacious and super clean, with large windows overlooking the river-such a nice view! The bed was really comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. I loved the bathroom too. Had heated floors and great toiletries. They also stocked the room with plenty of tea, coffee, and even some biscuits, a nice touch. Just a few heavy pieces of furniture took away a bit of space. The shower head could've been higher. Still, it was an enjoyable stay overall.

We loved the walks by the river and checked out some great local restaurants. The rooms were super clean, and the breakfast was extensive. Perfect for a group getaway!
One downside was the lack of on-site staff, made things a bit tricky. It felt a bit impersonal .
